2009-2013 Consolidated Plan

The Town of Blacksburg's Department of Housing and Neighborhood Services is currently seeking input for the 2009-2013 Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan and 2009 Annual Action Plan. These plans outline how the approximately $700,000 received each year from the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will be used during the time frame of each plan. Citizen participation is necessary for plan development.
